We will meet weekly or biweekly to begin the therapy process. We often start sessions with a brief check-in — think of this as a chance to finally keep it real when someone asks “how are you?” Then, we’ll chat about what would be helpful for us to focus on (sometimes that’s just picking up where we left off last session) and we dive into the work! 03. Together we’ll figure out what living your most free, authentic life looks like. I’ll help you make small shifts, or big moves, depending on what you’re ready for! You’ll begin to feel more connected with yourself and those are you, without the issues you came in with holding you back!
