Session Rates (50 minutes):

We will meet weekly or biweekly to begin the therapy process. We often start sessions with a brief check-in — think of this as a chance to finally keep it real when someone asks “how are you?” Then, we’ll chat about what would be helpful for us to focus on (sometimes that’s just picking up where we left off last session) and we dive into the work!
